If the company has a place of business in Finland (not necessarily domicile) or if the period of posted employment lasts less than 14 days (whether in one period or several consecutive periods).

If the employer and employee have concluded several fixed-term posted worker employment contracts running back-to-back or with only brief interruptions, the employment relationship is considered to be continuous.
