How do I know if the branch I work in is applying the collective agreement?

All employers shall apply a generally applicable collective agreement, if there is one in the sector. All generally applicable agreements are listed in the online service Finlex. If there is no generally applicable collective agreement for the sector, but your employer is a member of the employer´s association, a the normally applicable collective agreement of the sector must be applied, should there be one.
