How is the account of the collective agreement applicable to the work, as required by the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out?

The contracting party shall draw up a report about the collective agreement applicable to the work. The report must be written, dated and signed by the contracting partner. The report shall identify the collective agreement applied by the contracting party to the work.
