The posting company's duty to notify about the posting of workers in Finland will not take effect until the fall of 2017
The section 7 of the new Act on Posted Workers (447/2016) concerning the duty to inform the occupational health and safety authority of the posting of workers in Finland will enter into force in the fall of 2017.
The technical implementation and the legislation are currently under preparation.
How the reporting to the authorities shall be done will be communicated before the duty enters into force.
